Quality Drill Pipe requires cutting edge equipment
Our Drill Pipe product line is completely automated with equipment from Germany & the U. S., such as the Friction Weld machine, Hardbending Weld machine, IPSEN furnace and Siemans CNC Lathe.
The Tool Joints are made of AISI 4137H premium alloy steel fully Q&T with the IPSEN Furnace.
All the joints are inspected by Florescence Magnetic Particle and the Ultrasonic method. The pipe body goes under very serious inspection in conformance with API. 5D.
The welding between the drill pipe an tool joint is accomplished with the Friction Welding machine, the welding process is swift & steady under computer control. The weld zone is quenched and tempered through the Induction process which is computer controlled in real time

Product Outline
Specialized large-diameter pipe lowered into an open hole and cemented in place.
Casing conform to latest version of API Specification 5CT, API Specification 5B and other related standards.
Casings are available in standard API configurations with all sizes from 5" to 13 3/8" in grade H40, J55, N80, L80, C90, P110 and Q125.

Technical Characteristics
High thread bonding strength with good anti-thread gluing ability.
The steel yield strength is bigger than API standard.
Big OD size, high steel grade with full size available.
